Cape Coast, Central Region — Residents and well-wishers in Cape Coast have taken to social media, particularly Facebook, to celebrate their son, Alfred George Thompson, following his election as the National Treasurer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the party’s just-ended National Delegates Conference held in Kumasi.
Messages of congratulations have flooded social media platforms as individuals and groups in Cape Coast and Oguaaman expressed pride in Mr. Thompson’s achievement and described his election as a significant accomplishment for the people of the area.
